Information you give us
If you contact us by email, phone or text, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and project requirements. We use that information to respond, discuss your project and manage any resulting work. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Contact forms and Web3Forms
Our contact form sends your name, email address, optional phone number and project message through Web3Forms to Steward Studio. If you select the optional updates checkbox, that preference is included with your enquiry. It is not required to request a quote. You can ask us to stop sending updates by contacting us or replying to an update. Web3Forms processes and delivers those enquiries to Steward Studio. The submission includes the fixed source-page address so we know where the request came from. Its service may process technical information and use spam-prevention providers to protect forms from abuse.
Web3Forms states that it can retain submission data for up to three years, with a shorter period depending on the plan or earlier deletion. Email copies received by Steward Studio are separate from that provider storage. Google Analytics 4
The homepage uses optional Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only after you select Allow analytics. Google can receive page views, interaction types, browser and device details, and approximate location. We count successful project requests and clicks on phone, email, service, gallery and request links. A phone or email click does not tell us whether a conversation occurred. Analytics cookies distinguish visits and returning browsers.
We do not send your name, email, phone number or project message to GA4. Our analytics events use fixed labels and a clean homepage URL without query strings or fragments. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Google Analytics is disabled on preview sites and on this privacy page.
The GA4 property is currently configured to retain event-level data for two months and user data for fourteen months. Some aggregated reporting can remain available longer. Your correspondence and project messages are not intended as analytics data.
You can reject optional analytics without affecting the form, and change your choice using the Analytics settings button below or in the homepage footer. We remember your choice in this browser for six months. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months without renewal. Withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics and removes its accessible first-party cookies. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals keep GA4 disabled, even if you previously allowed it.
You can also control cookies in your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on in supported browsers. Learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services and Google's privacy policy. This page does not itself load GA4.
Hosting and site security
Cloudflare hosts and helps protect this website. It processes technical request information needed to deliver the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics is also enabled on the live site to report site usage and performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for more information.
Sharing, processing and retention
Information may be handled by the providers described above and by the email or communication services used to respond to you. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe their processing arrangements.
We retain correspondence as needed to handle enquiries, fulfil work, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us about information associated with your enquiry or request its correction or deletion. Some records may need to be kept for legal or business-record purposes.
Your choices and requests
You can choose what information to include when contacting us. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, email tomsteward@stewardstudio.net. We may need information to confirm that a request relates to you. Privacy rights and the available exceptions depend on the law that applies to your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site's services or information practices change. The date above identifies the most recent update.
